TICKET POLICIES

WILL CALL: To eliminate long lines at the box office, we have a "Will Call" window, which is the first window to the left when entering from the parking lot. This window is for anyone who has already paid for their tickets. The regular box office window is for anyone who needs to purchase tickets.

TICKET CANCELLATIONS: Tickets may be refunded 24 hours in advance without penalty. Tickets will not be refunded the day of the performance. If you are a member or subscriber who has not requested an exchange 24 hours in advance of the performance, these tickets will be taken from your membership or subscription package. Please let us know your plans 24 hours in advance to avoid these penalties.

UNPAID RESERVATIONS: We no longer accept reservations or hold tickets that have not been paid for. Purchasing tickets is the only guarantee of a seat.

OTHER TICKET INFORMATION: Pre-paid tickets will be held until 10 minutes prior to the performance at the WILL CALL window (the first window as you enter from the parking lot). The Theatre reserves the right to fill all unoccupied seats at curtain time.
