Meet The Players

Sarah is first and foremost a Rizzo the Rat enthusiast. Underneath that, she’s just a bunch of hobbies in a trench coat pretending to be a regular woman. She dropped out of school in second grade because she could already tell her literacy skills were far and above that of the public school system so she elected to teach herself until she graduated (gave up) at 16 with absolutely no gaps in her education! Her childhood heroes include Snoopy, Stephen Sondheim, Sharpay Evans, The Grinch, Julia Roberts, and her sister Grace who taught her how to shave her legs and that being pretty DOES get you everywhere. She holds fast to the belief that Tupac is alive and One Direction should get back together despite their differences.

Containing a fountain of useless knowledge and a certifiable social media addiction, Corinna brings a unique brand of comedy to the stage. Though an improv newcomer, Cori is certainly no stranger to the ACT stage. You never know when she might switch into an indescernable accent or reference a side of TikTok that no other human has ever been on and she’s ready to apply those very transferable skills to the improv stage!

Storyteller. Performer. Sex symbol. Xander is all this and more. A they who laughs hard and laughs often, mostly at their own jokes, whether anyone else is laughing or not. Xander has certifiably become one of THE people of all time.

The Sara with no H.

She loves an opportunity to act as the antagonist, whether onstage or just on a Tuesday. She does improv on the daily in her grown up job. But, when she is on stage and away from her classroom she has no limits other than the F word which is by far her favorite F word.

If you don’t already know her, you won’t soon forget her! Piper is the loudest gal in any room without even trying.

She is one of the fearless survivors of the class of 2020, (who didn’t even get a prom by the way)

Her life goals include continuing to reference Chris Farley in rooms of people who don’t know who that is, making people laugh whatever it takes and always committing to the bit.

Her uncle broke his neck tap dancing once.

She is a new face around ACT, but her passion for the stage and a whole host of bits and impressions will keep her around for a long time to come!

Barb possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and considers this a legitimate qualification. She loves movies despite her son’s insistence she does not. David Bowie’s pants in Labyrinth were a pivotal moment in her development, as they were for most people, if they’re being truly honest. She loves being on time but rarely is. She also makes an excellent soup, which is arguably her most useful skill.

Tyler is frequent flyer around ACT. He gives his self proclaimed everything both on and off stage and has for the last 682 years he’s been alive. Most would say his humility is his best quality. He tries to make people laugh. Usually they laugh AT him and not WITH him, but the effort is there.

One thing that remains true… Tyler tries.

Official Silly Goose of the group (patent pending), Shannon brings a particular brand of neurodivergence to every scene.

She’s just a wibbly wobbly timey wimey gal.

She has spent years and years as a weird little guy and is skilled in making things more awkward than they should be. Enjoy a little laugh at her expense, she promises she doesn’t mind!
